One of my favorite marketing experts is Dave Dee. I got to know Dave Dee when he was a trainer for GKIC, now called Dan Kennedy’s Magnetic Marketing.
Dave Dee has posted many great marketing videos on his YouTube channel.

The sales funnel is at once simple and subtle. Notice that at each stage Dave coaxes the prospect to book an appointment.
Also not the emails sent to people who did not attend and also to people who attended but did not book an appointment.
The same approach can also apply to selling a product or membership. High end services are best promoted with an appointment.
